Quality Appraisal Reviews by Weaver Appraisal Group

As stated in an announcement by the Federal Reserve, "financial institutions are obligated to have an effective, impartial real estate appraisal and evaluation program," and that appraisers performing reviews should "have the proficiency and skillfulness to determine compliance with the Federal Reserves appraisal regulations and guidelines." If you need appraisal review services that are impartial, qualified, professional and square with the Federal Reserve's guidelines, just contact Weaver Appraisal Group.

Appraisal reviews "should verify whether the appraisal or evaluation is fitting for the transaction, the uncertainty of the transaction, and whether the procedure by which the collateral valuation is obtained ensures independence and quality," as stated by the Federal Reserve. They "should also denote whether the appraisal or evaluation report matches the engagement letter, which gives an account of the scope of the appraisal assignment." Last, The Federal Reserve says that "some financial institutions add regular reviews with post-funding evaluations of appraisal quality for a few of their high-liability or high-value contracts as a channel to assist in addressing valuation disputes."

In addition to coordinating our work to the practices and guidelines of our review customers, there are four Fannie Mae forms that are mostly used for review services, and we'll produce an appraisal review on any of them. They include an appraisal "desk" review, a "field" review, a "short" form and a "narrative" form. At Weaver Appraisal Group, we are trained in every kind of appraisal review, review process and the responsibilities of review appraisers.

Weaver Appraisal Group realizes what the most common inadequacies are, particularly in our housing market. We also understand what represents a quality appraisal. We're also sufficiently skilled to respect that our competition in our market are qualified to do good work. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) govern appraisal reviews as well as appraisal reports, and you can count on us to lawfully valuate appraisal reports completed by others. And those others could be examining our work, too!

For professional, impartial, ethical appraisal review services and neutral judgments, you can count on Weaver Appraisal Group. Contact Weaver Appraisal Group regarding our qualifications, expertise and service offerings.
